Loved the place, had a comfortable stay at Thon Orion Hotel. The room was soundproof and fashionable with an amazing view over the bay. Its location was very central, walking distance to Haakon's Hall Castle.

We appreciated location and rooms of the hotel. The property was located not far from all major attractions, the fortress and an outdoor concert venue that has outdoor music festivals. Also, Rosenkrantz Tower was placed at a small distance.

Attentive staff, luxurious, big size room. That was charming hotel set in historic area. Again, a stone-built fortress was not far. I got free upgrade and loved it. Cold drinks and slices of fresh bread and fresh fruit.
